We're ready to ship the tarot decks! YAYYYY! 🥳
🎈 Please update and confirm your shipping addresses on BackerKit by June 30, 2023. The sooner you can confirm, the quicker we can ship your items out. We worked with BackerKit to update the shipping costs accordingly, so it should reflect the balance for your order. We will wait a few days before charging to allow some time.
🙋🏽♀️If you need help finding your BackerKit survey link, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via direct message.
- We still have a handful of people who still had not fill out their survey link. We've also directly messaged and emailed those folks a few times and we will do one last round. If folks continue to fail to submit the necessary information (i.e. payment, deck color selection, shipping address, unresponsiveness), we will assume you are no longer interested in receiving your order.
🎁 Once your package is shipped, your tracking ID will be updated and found on BackerKit. If you ordered art prints, stickers, and bath salts as add-ons, those will be shipped separately and you'll receive a second tracking number.

🤩 We're so happy to share that the production of our decks are FINISHED! 🥳 Yay! Our production team sent over these photos (gold and silver versions) so please enjoy below.
Next step is for us to receive the delivery of the decks so we'll be sure to update y'all as soon as we get our hands on the items. It will take additional weeks for the shipment to arrive to Los Angeles, CA so estimated shipping timeframe is now moved to June 2023.
Then we can move forward with weighing everything and adding in final shipping costs and then shipping everything out!!!
If you're moving, don't worry, we will send out a reminder on BK for folks to finalize their shipping addresses in advanced. Please DM us if you have specific questions!

There is a bit of a delay with production, given that we were dealing with a lot of backers who were late in submitting their final payment and selection PLUS some production issues. In fact, we still have unanswered surveys from 20 people. (If you haven't done so, please complete it - including KS backers because you need to confirm your deck color).
We are in contact with the production team and originally, the printing of the decks was slated to be competed yesterday, but it appears production is going through their own issues with backlog. Be assured that there is always something going on behind the scenes as we continue to push to finish everything as soon as we can - in order to ship out the final decks.

If you already submitted your BK survey, you can ignore this message!
Please update and confirm your survey as well as your credit card information. Only 88% of surveys are completed and we have individually emailed folks that were missing a reminder to fill out the necessary information.
If you pledged on Kickstarter, you still need to fill out the survey because that's where you get to select the color of your deck.
We want to stick to our timeline as well as honor everyone's selections to the best of our ability so please fill out by the end of this week. Consider this a last, last call.

Select Your Deck Color on BK + Art Update

Quick memo: The question to select your color choice (matte edges + holographic foil) of the DWD deck is now available on BackerKit: GOLD or SILVER.
You should be able to do this with the BackerKit survey link you received way back when - if you cannot find it, please DM us and we'll resend you the survey!

- In the case where you do NOT select a color, it'll be random with whatever is available left.
- There are no returns or exchanges due to limited print and there is no plans to restock so choose carefully!
- Please make your color choice selection by Sunday, April 2nd, 11:59 PM PDT.
The deadline to pre-order the deck and any additional add-ons is Sunday, April 2nd, 11:59 PM PDT. This is also when we'll charge the orders. If you didn't order anything new since the Kickstarter pledge, then you don't have to worry about it. This is separate from shipping costs (which will be added in May 2023).

Also we decided to redraw 3 cards to make it seem more cohesive for the deck so here are the updated versions for 4 of Coins, 8 of Wands, and 6 of Cups. These look way better, yeah? 🌠 The watermark won't be there on the final product.
